Reserve your property
An apartment can be reserved on payment of a €1'500 reservation fee; this is
refundable against the initial deposit for the property only
In case you purchase an apartment and a parking the reservation fee is unique just
add it when you completed the Reservation Agreement.
Reservation payments can be made by banking transfer to 'BALKIMO. See details in the

Please also be sure to scan/fax/post a completed Reservation Agreement with your

Status definition
Reserved: We received reservation details by email
Booked: We received the reservation fee and the Reservation Agreement
Sold: We received the first installment payment
Not Available: Can be sold under particular request
Available: Free
Internal area: The apartments, the storerooms, the parking and the shops will constitute individual property.
Common area: The other areas constituting the common property will be allocated pro-rata to each apartment/ parking / shop.
Balcony: The outside roofed area part of the individual property
Veranda: The outside non roofed area part of the individual property
